The criteria for benefits Office of Tax Privileges, Customs Department, after being approved as a free zone Those wishing to conduct business in a free zone must submit an application for being an entrepreneur in a free zone with the Customs Department as well.

Therefore, the person who receives tax privileges in a free zone is not an applicant for the establishment of a free zone, but an entrepreneur in a free zone that has been approved by the Customs Department. but may include those requesting the establishment of free zones themselves If approved to be an entrepreneur in the free zone as well

    1. duty free zone must also be subject to the relevant laws Therefore, it has the status of an industrial community or industrial zone under the Factory Act B.E. 2535.
